Ruth believes that money is just a means to an end and the role of the financial services profession is to serve our clients to improve their financial wellbeing.  Helping people be happier not just wealthier.

A well-known and influential member of the financial planning profession, Ruth is regularly asked to comment, speak at, and host industry and women’s events.   She also uses her wide financial wellbeing, business, and financial services experience to coach financial planning business owners.  

Ruth co-founded The Red House, a boutique financial planning business which she merged into Paradigm Norton a few years ago.  As an NED, Ruth continues to help grow Paradigm Norton, an employee owned and accredited BCorporation, to be the leading purpose driven financial planning firm in the UK.
